Keeping this in view, is a 20 year old dating a 16 wrong?
So no, NOTHING WRONG in dating someone with 4 years age difference. If you are 16 year old guy and she is 20, it's going to be a bit tough for you both especially if you are indian as indian society wont be able to take it well. But then, its your life.
Secondly, is it bad for a 21 year old to date a 16? Generally, it is not illegal for these two to date. Of course, any sexual activity is considered statutory rape, but if there is no sexual aspect to their relationship, then they are probably fine. However, this is a fine line to walk for the 21 year old.
Also to know, what is a 16 year old dating a 20 year old called?
Under California Penal Code 261.5 PC, a "statutory rape" takes place when any person engages in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 18. The crime of statutory rape is also commonly referred to as "unlawful sex with a minor" or as "unlawful sexual intercourse."
What's the youngest a 20 year old can date?
