About Us

Our History

The Founders of this company owned At-Home Quality Care LLC, a homecare agency with more than 300 employees. As leaders in the homecare industry in northeastern PA, management recognized the need for a collaborative independent self-employed workforce. Since then they decided that a mobile app was needed to fix these workforce needs. There was opportunity for more innovation by focusing on the self-employed workforce. The market has been trending to independent, self-employed workers, moving away from traditional business. It is projected that over 150 million Americans have independent work arrangements or side hustles. Currently, the Founders of Unison Workforce have successfully launched to the public a mobile app called FYSH to meet the needs of this workforce.

Marilyn has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field with an extensive background in patient care including a strong skillset in senior leadership and care management.

Ken has spent his entire career of 42 years in various aspects of homecare including leading companies that provided Medical Equipment, Oxygen therapy, Enteral feedings, Home Infusion/specialty pharmacy and In - home care.

Jay Major

Chief Operating Officer

Jay served for 4 years as the business manager for At - Home Quality Care, a homecare agency that serviced 32 counties in Pennsylvania

Carolea Faulkner

Chief Marketing Officer

Carolea has over 20 years of experience in the Health Care Industry. Before becoming our Chief Marketing Officer, she was the Director of Clinical Operations for At-home Quality Care.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry with a strong background in web development, Linux serve r administration and digital marketing.
